The Athens Cultural Affairs Commission (ACAC) was established as an advisory group of knowledgeable and dedicated citizens to provide recommendations to Athens-Clarke County Unified Government (ACCUG) officials on cultural affairs and aesthetic development of the built environment.
The commission focuses primarily on the planning, programming, procurement, installation, operation, and maintenance of public art projects and artworks.
